Creamsicle

On a hot Saturday evening, we decided that we would order take out and sit on the deck. While deciding what to order I thought that ice cream would be good at some point but we were getting ahead of ourselves. I don’t know why but I realized I hadn’t had an orange creamsicle from an ice cream truck in a while. Yes, I know that you can get them from the store. They just don’t taste the same unless they are preceded by the ring of the truck. And due to… well you know… that will not be happening for a while.

It was cocktail time so inspired by the memory of the neighborhood ice cream guy figured… Creamsicle Cocktail? Sure.

BTW the way we ordered Tikka Masala pizza but that is a whole different discussion.

    I love these.
I used to make “Dean-cicles” for the Super Bowl. Just kick them up with vanilla vodka
